Leslie’s story beautifully weaves her family heritage, deep ties to Fredericksburg, and passion for real estate into a compelling narrative. Her strong connection to the area, stemming from six generations of her family’s presence, lends her a unique perspective and dedication to her clients. Having grown up learning the ins and outs of real estate from her father and broker, Greg Oehler, she embodies a legacy of professionalism and community spirit.
Her extensive education and professional designations, including the GRI and ABR, showcase her commitment to lifelong learning and providing top-tier service. Leslie’s love for her community, coupled with her hands-on approach to understanding her clients’ needs, makes her a trusted advisor in residential and ranchland real estate.
Leslie’s community involvement is truly impressive! Her role as Vice President of the Leadership Gillespie County Class of 2025, with the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce highlights her deep commitment to both her community and her leadership. She is also an active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg.
Her primary focus is on residential and ranchland properties in the Central Hill Country area. She and her husband personally have owned a short-term rental and currently operate a long-term rental close to Main Street in Fredericksburg. Leslie believes that the best approach to real estate is to provide clients with the most accurate factual knowledge so clients can make the best possible, educated decisions for themselves and their loved ones. Her heart is truly in the real estate industry, and she is committed to going above and beyond to provide her clients with the best possible experience.
Living on land with such a rich family history, running cattle, and embracing the outdoors with her family reflects her grounded and authentic character.
